You could probably play SPY for Mon/Wed, then write something for AMZN on Thursday, then either close it out on Friday if it's already at 50% profit then write something else for SPY Monday, or just let it expire if it's like at 25% profit instead, but you miss out on the SPY Monday play. Up to you really..
