My LCS has lower premiums than TD. If you can buy locally at all I would check there first, TD seems to have pretty high premiums.

Yes, but it's a long term investment and a hedge against inflation. Silver is not going to behave like GME and make you rich overnight. Buy a little silver and if it makes you feel good to hold it in your hands, make a habit of it. Pick up a few ounces every payday. Keep it somewhere safe. Long term it's historically been a very safe bet with decent growth.
