I get that it's a fucking computer script but holy shit "Application did not show enough evidence that the candidate was suitable for the role" can mean fucking anything, were my practical examples not enough? not relevant? what evidence do they need, I couldn't post the name of the college I went to that had an agricultural reference in the name I couldn't post references or a CV how the fuck are they meant to gleam a positive snapshot of me from that? what about people like me changing careers in their 30's and have autism? is this relevant evidence?
