So if someone made an ask of $0, what would happen? If that is the maximum the buyer would pay, the buyer would pay $0 right? Wouldn't the min price on the candlestick be $0 then (you said the ask was the maximum the buyer would pay right)?

You CANT lose your staked coins. If a validator goes rogue you would lose your not claimed staked rewards, but not your coins
