don't let the FUD get to you, they're LITERALLY trying to sell the company like RC suggested in his letter to the board and they're enjoying the benefits of chapter 11 like getting out of their lease contracts and the court order preventing a hostile takeover and preserving the tax attributes. it would be utterly heinous on so many levels if there's no one who would pay at least a couple of dollars to save at least buybuy baby and gain a shitload of goodwill from retail investors while giving the middle finger to the short sellers.
