I've consistently been treated like shit in the workplace.

>manager was a roastie that outright said I was doing the job but didn't fit in enough (or "connect") with other employees, so I got a bad performance rating and put on a performance plan
>one job ago
>moved within company from previous job, so bad reputation stuck to me and probably soured things immediately
>manager was a crusty boomer that said I was doing badly from the start and gave vague as fuck reasons
>he was maybe the worst team leader I've seen
>had to work with another crusty boomer roastie micromanager
>get judged as failing due to performance plan with vague, unachievable targets
>desperately apply elsewhere and get current job with large pay rise
>start current job
>have a roastie manager that can't keep processes consistent to save her life
>division is a load of giganormies who socialise together
>achieve a great result for the business
>performance cycle ends: manager says I'm below par
>get given some BS reasons (some unfair nitpicking; bad feedback because she told me to follow a process and then forgot and changed her mind)
>see manager treating other employees blatantly differently than me (not giving them certain requests for the same projects)
>had already applied elsewhere and somehow passed an interview

I'll soon start another job that's a step up career wise and may even have management responsibilities. I'm worried that I'll be seen as failing again without my luck in progression continuing.
