you shouldn't be using a single indicator for trading. at least 2 or three, but no more than 5. things can go down in the short term but be up in the long term and vice versa. in your example people might be buying for the long term.

missed the "how much" part, i agree with the other anon, 10-20%. that's a good down payment, i think. that also depends on where you live. $20k downpayment in my flyover state? thats pretty damn good. in california, not so much. all i can say is hang in there anon, don't rush these kinds of things. once you hold out and do get a house with a nice low rate at a "reasonable" price you'll forget all about the apartment you're in now

i've been lucky so far. gotta stay humble though, too many times where i got greedy and end up losing gains. how do you trade options? is it better to buy ITM or OTM? hold until its near expiry or trade them as the price moves?

I work as a programmer in an office. Very few people under 30. Its depressing as fuck and most of the day I watch YouTube. The money is decent but each day feels pointless that I go to work. I started programming when I was 15 and didn't get a career in it til I was 23. I never went to 'real' college but have a diploma in database/software development. If I could do it over I would have became a musician since it seems more fun but its insanely competitive and my musician friends actually hate being a musician as a job. I worked 7 different wage cuck jobs before moving into this higher level of wage cucking, my income tripled and my diploma cost me a few thousand. I bought into crypto in 2014 but not nearly enough but at least I made some. I also daytrade at my job too, mainly stocks.

IF you guys need advice just let me know.
