Do people actually struggle with this? Alcohol, energy drinks and coffee all taste like shit and cost money, so it's easy to avoid those. The majority of the time I just drink filtered water, and occasionally milk. Once in a blue moon, I might have something sugary like fruit juice or soda, but only if I'm visiting someone and that's what they have to drink. I never understood when people said "I'm thirsty" then drank a dehydrating beverage like soda. I don't make a conscious effort to avoid these drinks, I just don't go out of my way to seek them. Seems pretty easy to me.
