These marketplaces are also competing with more creditable sources like https://www.udacity.com , which has courses designed by Google. Udacity also offers "nanodegrees" AKA online degree to a specific topic.

So the difference between your idea and the dozen of peer to peer course marketplace is that you only allow teachers to put up lessons?

I get the idea that you want to "revolutionize" digital education. But in reality it won't be any different from the current "monetize your expertise" marketplace unless each course is backed on a educational organization, not individuals.
