30 years old here. Parents bought me 3 properties, one which I live in and two other that I rent. One was when I studied in college, and one that I live in and one near that one I have to take care of. Properties combined are worth 2.1 million. After the carrying costs (hoa fees, property taxes, repairs, etc) I'm probably pulling in about $4800/month before income tax.

That sounds like a lot of money, but I live in a major US city and probably only put away 1.5-2k per month, sometimes none. Also I'll go on elaborate vacations sometimes which wipes out my savings pretty bad. Right now I have about 50k in crypto (I cashed out about 400k since 2017, ATH was almost a million), and 100k in blue chip stocks.

I'll also be inheriting an additional 4 million in properties. I'm not saying this to brag, I know I've "made it" already in a sense already and yes, I'm using my free time to pursue my dreams... BUT, I
have a lot of fucking free time. I spent a lot of it reading and improving myself, but I feel like I need to get back to work, even if it's a menial job, just for a sense of structure in my life.

What is something that I can do in my free time to earn some more money? I don't want to drive uber or deliver food. What's something that I can do that nets me like 600-800 a week? I want to start a travel fund so I can actually earn money to travel with instead of wiping out my savings.
