and why do I have 1602 of them?

I noticed it in Uniswap, confirmed by adding the token to MetaMask, and traced it this far:

but it's not showing up in my wallet address on Etherscan and I have no recollection of asking for it. To call it a shitcoin would be an insult to shitcoins presently, so what the fuck is this all about?
