Yes. This guy >>51124087 is a retard. All lottery winnings are anonymous, even if it's $100. You get two options on how to receive the money. Either a lump sum, with like a 45% tax, or to receive it in payments over a set amount of years (it's still taxed though). With any winnings over $1k, you need to contact the state and do a bunch of legal and accounting shit and then the money is deposited into your bank account. If it's under $1k, usually the place you bought it from will hand you cash and deal with anything else on the other side.

People get found out because they go around bragging and telling everybody. Or, they suddenly quit their Amazon warehouse job and buy a $3 million mansion.

There have been plenty of studies done about this that you can go watch on YouTube OP.

They've found that a literal genius (like 140 IQ) born into a poor family with no connections or access to better forms of education, will do worse in life than a literal <90 IQ retard that has rich parents and has access to top universities and connections to other rich people.

Obviously, it's not the case 100% of the time. But, it's been studied quite a bit and the results are clear.

Also, genetics is most likely only 50% of a person's ability to become rich at most. Because, then you'd have to explain to me how Ben Carson became a brain surgeon when he grew up in a family without a father and a mother who literally couldn't even read, or how a literal retard can become rich by just posting random asinine shit on TikTok or YouTube, when they don't even have a clue what they're even talking about.
