Its hard to visualize a clear own EU policy/attitude.
Its institutions erect themselves on such deep pseudo-democratic (pseudo because one election, w historically low participations, serves as basis for these elected electing thousands others indirectly) pillars that when it comes to thinking for itself or what its place in the world is - it short circuits.
Its clear they have deep intent of centralization - but lowkey it seems out of personal interest rather than any genuine belief in something intangible holding Europeans together in some way.
They have no charisma and inspire few Europeans in the project. If Europeans feel anything such its from own experience not them.
Deadass they believe in literal political theory. Their "intergovernmentalist" bs states trade reduces incentives of war - boom. Now its in the wrong direction. Twats.
As for COVID, they only saw it as a spicy chance to suggest common EU debt (DANGEROUS)
