can a fren help a complete retard figure out the bitrue FLR IOUs?
i've been reading for a solid hour now and i still don't understand the IOU->FLR distribution on the 9th. Say I bought $100 worth of FLR (IOUs) today on Bitrue, would I be dropped 1:1 real FLR on the 9th, or is the distribution process going to be 15% that needs to be delegated to collect the rest over time?
fwiw, i will be receiving an airdrop on another exchange - i just wanted more flare to play with
