vBZRX converts into BZRX over time, pic related. vBZRX can be staked, but the rewards cannot be withdrawn until the token vests. It has 50% voting rights compared to BZRX. Basically, if you want to invest in the bZx protocol LONG term and you have more patience than cash, this is the way to accumulate.
