Only NPCs hold utility tokens because they lack the cognitive abilities to understand cryptoeconomics, they just mimicked what PCs did but without understanding the underlying logic because they are... NPCs.
Btw ICOs for utility tokens are a good example of the exploitation of NPCs by PCs, they harvested the money from NPCs and gave them useless trash in exchange just like you sell grey item to merchants in MMO, in this case the RLC token is completely useless for the iexec protocol which could use any pre-existing crypto and it would make it better.
