Hello my dear fellow /biz/nessmen, I've been scanning the blockchain lately in search of good hidden gems on Uniswap.

Most have 1 or 2 huge whales, ready to rug pull anyone whos goes in their way. That's how you can predict a rug pull in advance. Just look at the holders on Etherscan.

But now let's get $COMFY.

Very low cap, super early (only 6 holders). Etherscan shows that 99.9% of the supply is on the exchange up for grabs. Now that's what I call a fair launch.

This is what my friend/landlord does. I get the best rent price in the city I live in, an extremely nice place to live in and I don't have to live with a stranger. An added plus is that a ton of our friends come here to hang out/party regularly so I generally don't have to leave the house and go to bars to party.

With all the money I'm able to save I'll honestly be able to put at least 50% down one a place in the near future. Definitely waiting for real estate prices to (inevitably) drop before doing so though.
