It's atomic composability, just the real term for it. L2s can have it if they share a sequencer. Imagine rollups not having to run their own sequencer, instead something like espressosys.com does this job while also allowing for interoperability between them. Sequencer then can use ETH for DA. It's so over for kadena babena haha.
