I buy commems just because they're (relatively) cheap US legal tender silver that also offers some exposure to numismatics. If legislation passes that makes US backed silver tax advantaged over generics and other countries, it will be nice to have some of my stack in USD silver.

Sure thing. I hadn't seen any of these for a long time, and then they started showing up recently in a lot of local auctions. There was a recent death of a silver stacker in my area and one of the local auction houses had something like 13 or 14 different coin auctions to sell off all his stuff. He had a lot of US Mint boxed stuff. I've been watching some of it sell and scooping up some for myself when the deal is right.
