I use biore uv aqua rich spf50+ pa++++.
It's not too pricey and it doesn't leave your skin oily looking like most other sunscreens. I use that one for my face/neck, for arms/hands and rest of body if needed I'll use some basic run of the mill sunscreen.
The brand doesn't really matter tho, just make sure it protects from both UVA and UVB rays, as a lot of sunscreens don't have adequate UVA protection. Ergo why in asia it is mandatory to say what the PA scale (uva protection) is along with the standard spf scale (uvb protection).
