I didn't realize 1 option was for 100 shares. Shouldn't this be correct then?

You get to buy shares worth:
180 * 100 * 25 = 450 000
for
40 * 100 * 25 = 100 000

So that should be worth 450k - 100k = 350k. Price is 10k, so profit is 340k.
