Not sure if this belongs here, so if you can suggest a better board, I'll delete this post.

I was helping my dad clean out his storage locker and found this old bag of change. It's got a shit ton of random coins from all over the world. A lot of dimes and quarters from like 1973 or something, a bunch of those big Eisenhower dollars/half dollars, and then a tons of Euros, some Lira, and some old pesos (gold colored, say $100 on them). Some commemorative sets too (two 1975 sets of canadian olympic coins? There are 4 coins in the case which add up to $30 but they're sealed and completely mint)

What should I do with all these coins? Should I try to find somewhere to sell them? Are coins a good investment if I get them cleaned up a little and stored properly? Why did he tape all the 1973 quarters and dimes together?

Anyway, just looking for some input or maybe a better board to post this too. Let me know, thanks!
