For property owners, what's stopping you from advertising your property for less than market value but charging a $50 application fee from dozens of potential tenants, and never renting the property to any of them?

I'm a fucking brainlet and also a poorfag-- I bought an eth at like 600 dollars and then wash traded it ~immediately for a bunch of shit coins, most tanked (.6 of m eth was in ICX, LOL RIP) and I haven't touched any of them since.

That one eth is now about 4.3 eth, and my shitty math makes me think I should 1000% trade everything for tether and buy all btc or all (shill me long term holds fuck xrp and eos).

I really love ETH and the fact that the erc20 STANDARD is literally *called the standard) makes me think I should just wash trade it all into eth, buy back some more link/BAT, and ignore it again for a few years.
