When accessing microsoft.com/ownyouridentity and going to the "start coding" section and clicking "learn more"
you learn that their solution is powered by Sidetree.

When accessing sidetrees documentation you realize that Transmute is an essential component of Sidetree.

When looking into Transmute, you find that Transmute is an Oracle Startup that is utilizing the Oracle Blockchain Platform

And I don't think I need to explain what that means.
