And pic related is the only reason why VIDT is still available on KuCoin.

>The reason the token, and the 99% of other tokens is exist, is because companies are exchanging equity for starting capital. It's the same exact concept as an IPO on the public market. There is NOTHING wrong with this, so long as the above condition is met.
Except this makes it a security token and not a utility token and V-ID has not registered as a security at the time of the ICO. The token currently has no utility to you, me, or anyone else on here because we don't have a subscription plan. They're selling a security token while disguising it as a utility token so it can get listed on exchanges. I know V-ID team isn't doing this intentionally, it's their retarded Dutch lawyer that does not understand laws outside of his home country and didn't bother looking into it.

>Are VIDT's rates competitive? Well you'd have to show me another company providing the same service.
Price in this context is not an argument I have brought up. I have never said validations were overpriced. There are many companies doing what V-ID does, but I'm speculating the bigger companies like Acronis, IBM, and Falcom are not interested in nickel and diming and they don't want customers who only want to validate 100 files a year, so the pricing is not listed on their website. I'm sure as a bagholder you also want one company that validates one million files a year rather than hope for 10,000 companies validating 100 files a year. Customer support 1 client vs 10,000.

>Why do Binance and KuCoin do buybacks for their "utility" tokens? Why are you trying to imply there is something inherently wrong with this?
Binance and KuCoin don't give a fuck about the law. Pic related.

And my IQ is significantly higher than 115 fyi, but I'm sure you're aware that IQ is about coming up with new solutions, connecting dots, patterns, and having an open-mind and curiosity. And in that regard, many of you bagholders seem legitimately retarded (not you - there, still a shithead?).
