No, it is the legal right of the government to collect taxes. You’re either making a moral argument that you feel like it’s theft, or you’re making a criticism in terms of political philosophy that the state doesn’t have the legal authority to collect taxes. It has that authority, both in terms of the logical system underlying the principle of constitutional government and the practical reality that it clearly has that authority. The only sense in which it is comprehensible to call taxes “theft” here is in that moral sense, which is basically just feckless complaining that again, isn’t much different from a child complaining about their parent’s authority. Socially their authority is recognized, and the principle of their authority over their children is fully consistent with scenarios where their rules make the child upset.
