Restriction on trading certain tokens for France

We are sending you this email to formally notify you that due to local regulatory requirements, Binance is no longer able to offer Enhanced Anonymity (“CAE”) crypto-assets (commonly referred to as “privacy coins”) In France.

From June 26, 2023, users residing in France will no longer be able to buy or sell the following EACs on our platform: DCR, DASH, ZEC, ZEN, PIVX, NAV, SCRT, XVG, FIRO, BEAM, XMR, MOB

These restrictions will be applied according to the following schedule:

On 06/26/2023: All Spot trades and deposits relating to CAEs will be blocked, and all pending Spot orders will be automatically closed. CAE withdrawals remain possible. Convert, EARN and “Crypto-Loans” products will be limited to “withdrawal only” mode. The “withdrawal only” mode allows you to sell or close positions, but limits buying and opening new positions with respect to the aforementioned CAEs.

On 09/26/2023: All loan positions will be automatically closed.

On 09/29/2023: All positions of the EARN product with a flexible subscription will be closed.

On 10/26/2023: The sale by Convert will be blocked. Cryptocurrency withdrawals for privacy coins remain available. We remain committed to the long-term development of the blockchain ecosystem and digital assets. We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your support.
