>what does this mean
The dollar is gaining strength relative to other currencies. If you check against everything else and gold and silver, the dollar has weakened.

Wait, so if COMEX can settle in cash and thus can't be broken by being forced to deliver, what's the point? Just to show the public (who isn't paying attention and doesn't care, and the (((media))) will never tell the truth to wake them up) about how corrupt the system is? I'm starting to get demoralized here. How can this end in a real win, not some feelgood PR substitute?

If silver hits $20 again I'm selling everything, the floor is more like $5 so I'd rather cut my losses.

The base thesis for miners is really easy to understand.
> miners pull silver out of the ground at $15/oz
> at $20/oz spot price they have $5/oz profit
> at $40/oz spot profit goes up to $25/oz
In reality it’s slightly more complicated and has far more downside risk than buying physical metal, but if you’re confident silver price is going up and you have a strategy for claiming profits on the way up then miners are an easy choice.

I have a confession for you, /pmg/, a couple weeks ago I bought a share of SLV. I only held it for a few days just to see what it's like (it's worse than physical in more ways than people realize) and sold it at a slight profit. Will you forgive me?

Yes! And I would love if we started working towards a molten salt thorium based reactor. Unfortunately because there has been almost no investment in the R&D and it can’t be weaponized (no miltech funding) we are at a minimum 10 years away from a viable commercial scale thorium reactor. Uranium miners aren’t a hodl for life play, but they should make decent gains in the next few years.

Even before the recent wave of interest it wasn’t unusual for the minting step to take a week or so if you were getting rare coins/bars. I think 2 weeks from payment to arrival is the longest I’ve waited from them.

my payment went through same day and shipped out sometime late sat early sunday of last week but I didnt get a notification of it being shipped until it was out for delivery which hasnt happened with JMB for me yet at least. Also I ordered a small amount of ASE's so that might have something to do with it.
