I have a degree but a horrible GPA and have been told to take classes at the local CC to push my cumulative GPA up if I want to get into the local uni (which is basically just 40yo pajeets on student visas forever and ever).

I've been looking around though and it looks like I could just move like 10 hours west of where I am and get the same degree in another state but cheaper (once I get residence) and with my current GPA.

It sucks cuz I had like a 95th percentile on my SAT so I easily got into this university when I was in highschool, but once you graduate apparently you're considered a transfer student if you want to go back to university? Lame shit.
