Give me the run down on TMDX please... like their story.. i'm glancing at their share structure and it looks like they just recently increased their a/s count to 150,000,000 according to last 10-q then followed up with an s-3 to raise $200,000,000??

I went back through some of their other qs and ks but whats with the funding.. whats their story? What do they have going for them that will make the stock go up and why do they need to register shares for up to $200,000,000..

I'd really like to know the story on this.. cause at a glance it looks interesting but so do girls with snapchat filters until you meet them in real life

I majored in comp Sci years ago, worked at Amazon and then several other large/mid-size tech companies in Seattle. I'm a competent dev, but I hate the domain I work in (would rather do Ag tech, something more interesting), hate the management style in tech (agile is awful), I hate the culture in tech (diversity programs and progressivism constantly remind my how awful I am for being white) , work long-ish hours (55-60?) and the thought of doing this until I retire is depressing.

That said, the money is good and I can't walk away.
