i was thinking of getting drunk out of loneliness and boredom but i realized that it's unhealthy to use alcohol as a coping mechanism so went for a quick jog and feel better. i haven't had a drink in 2021 yet, i just realized. maybe i'll keep that going.

fuck it. just decided: i'm not going to have a single drink of alcohol until XRP breaks $1.00. (i learned something about my psychology just now, as well: as soon as i typed that, i had an intense urge to go to the store and get a beer. hmm.)
