I need an optimal biz brain. I’ve got attention and focus issues, ocd, dead libido, poor sleep, apnea.

Goals - fix libido, sleep, focus, memory and learning - higher iq than you. Want to stop wellbutrin and trazodone but I get migraines if I do.
