My company offers a 401K through VOYA. I know nothing about 401Ks, but these are the options listed below. Is a 401K worth it? Which of these should I choose? The one with the highest % annual return for 10 years? I have a document that shows the annual return for 1yr/5yr/10yrs for each of these. Or should I just invest in stocks instead so I don't have to wait until I'm an old fuck to access this money?

What are some of the best technical skills you can teach yourself to allow for steady, profitable self-employment? Things that don't involve strenuous physical labor. Are computer-centric skills like web design/programming the best bet? Or are there others?

Currently living at home with parents in California (unemployed). Got offered a job in Los Vegas that pays 30k a year. Will this be enough for me to live comfortably?

-I'd have to pay sales tax on my car again (I think).
-How much income am I left with after taxes?
