The pricing out of housing and land is entirely artificial and is a governmental policy, nothing else. Only there to absorb excess capital from foreign nations and vampirize younger generations, to finance a ponzi pension system for unproductive boomers who now are the majority.
This is beyond bubble territory only thanks to few (((laws))) regulating urban zoning.
If we made it a national policy, we could reduce the price of homes by x5 in few years. But then, what would prop up the boomies' ponzis?
Do you know the % of the US with constructions on it? This country is fucking EMPTY. EU have almost twice the pop of the US in a third of the land space, and even Europe feels empty as fuck.

You can build an infinite number of houses with any material, but silver? There is only so much around here, and we already mined 95% of it.
