So this guy has 700K and thinks he's made it? Pfft. That is like a retirement fund. So he'll basically be living off his retirement fund for the next 40 years? Then what about retirement? He'll burn through that money and then be back to square one in a decade. Except this time, he won't have the previous luck of investing during the 2017 bullrun. He even admits his moderate success was pure luck. He only had the 15K money to invest at the right time because he had taken it out for another business loan that failed (video game). It's always the same story. The people that had some success were lucky enough to come across Bitcoin early enough to know what it was, while also lucky enough to have a spare 20K to invest in it before it mooned. Don't pretend like you have wisdom or knowledge. Probably another larp thread. Plus, he's naive enough to get married in a society full of 50% divorce rates and mass degeneracy. So he's just begging to have his wife take 50% in a couple years when she divorces because she's "unsatisfied" with the marriage. 700K-350K=350K to live off while constantly bleeding resources and living off his retirement. He'll probably lose that property before long too. Then he'll have come full circle, back to square one in a decade.
