eh... I really don't want my tax money being used to chase down people for having sex with women who could birth children without problems. Sex is for procreating, I think we've forgotten that. I bet that 15 year old's have children that are healthier than 30 year olds, yet we praise it in one circumstance and condemn it in another.

It's POSSIBLE that the gov't would get rid of pennies in the future, if/when inflation ramps up. They're bullshit that probably consumes more resources coining and counting out for giving change than benefits. You could MAYBE see the gov't letting you melt pre-1982 pennies, potentially doubling their value, but quarters? I don't see that happening.
