if you don't tell me which cryptos will grow 100x I'll kill myself

I just hit 25 and i just realized i spent the last 3 years of my life being extremely frugal and while it has made me ahead of most of my peers in finances, they have a whole lifetime to catch up to me. I even avoided dating the last 3 years because fear of not being financially stable long term. I am def comfortable now but i cant really get those early 20s back. should i start burning cash and enjoying life or is it just a quarter life crisis and 30 isnt that old
