We don't live in a capitalist society. A capitalist society has a free market. We live in a fascist one where companies are selected to succeed or fail irregardless of market forces because "it is for the good of the nation." You heard Jerome literally say that earlier, that he will discriminate between companies to provide more loans and not everyone gets them. Our government will not let businesses fail, endlessly supporting failing corporations while letting the little guy bite the dust. The small business help is literally a token to help curb people's growing anger. Competition doesn't matter, supply and demand doesn't matter. Who you are and associated with does. A capitalist society is best, but you are delusional if after seeing all this endless intervention you still think we are capitalist.

Exactly. No one believes in this market. Yet it still goes up. I mean, what you said is how price works and that is fine. But with no underlying asset....it is over. My heart is pounding and I am dying inside. My gains have been erased and I am eating deep into my principle at this point. 3 days, 3 fucking days of this bullshit. Every market in the world is down. Not US though. There is nothing good happening save for Bernie quitting the race which everyone knew he had no chance winning anyways. Oil supply is far larger than anyone expected, oil flies up. All shit stocks rallying HARD over literal nothing, good stocks at a stand still. God fucking damn the government for PDT regulations or I wouldn't have this bullshit market prediction problem and could just ride the crab waves, I hope every last one of those mother fuckers gets corona and dies.
