Decided not to add an inner box insulated with epoxy/abrasives. Current stack over halfway fills box as it is - wanted room to grow. Threw in some speaker box fabric. Will plug weld the frame to box to fix the slight warping of the lid. Gasket groove is my next task. Still looking for a suitable locking mechanism.
