Its a first gen/second gen issue.
The hard working spics are the illegals - so we hate them because they are fucking over the country by undercutting labor costs while having their existence subsidized by the government.
Then the second/third gen are much more likely to be gangbangers and lazy as fuck.
So while there are some cool latinos and plenty of hardworkers among them, both generations have their flaws which make them less than ideal as a large societal block.
Indians are sort of the same thing - they are cheap labor imported to take white collar work, they don't fall into the gangbanging shit, but they really aren't that hard of workers for the most part, they just copy paste other people's code. Also for whatever reason like 80% of them have the worst possible hygiene and seem to bath irregularly and never wear deodorant
That said, I would prefer either of these demographics to blacks.
