>Rent $2500 for 1 Bedroom apartment (bills included)
>wife’s income 2k per month
>My in laws own a 1 bedroom house behind theirs with a separate entrance
>Little old house but has a nice big backyard
>House is empty now and I can move in starting March 1st
>My apartment lease ends by July 1st so I would have to pay around $4600 to break my lease
>Rent in that house would be $1500 (bills included)
>Do I do it?
>Please help me decide

My concerns are me not having my privacy which I value the most.

PS- my apartment is in one of the nicest neighborhoods in my area and that house in a ghetto area near railroad track and airport (loud noises)
