The team took out 12m VIDT from the validation pool (which supply was supposed to be never circulating) and merged those 12m with the "circulating" tokens. They didn't dump 12m tokens yet so you can't say that.

Yes, and I wouldn't be surprised if a year from now they do a "tokenomics update" and reduce the amount of tokens they buy back. They already reduced the "never circulating" supply by 50% earlier this year
