You should encourage her to go to a seminary run by the Orthodox Church instead, where you'll learn about actual theology and 2000 years of rich Christian history, instead of whatever protestant megachurch nonsense she gets at her "bible school". Seminary isn't just for prospective priests, many women go there and become choir directors. Maybe she'll even meet a good man entering the priesthood, and she could become a Matushka

Organization/ planning should not exist above the village level. The only authority above this level should be The Church. Nation states were a mistake.
