What i’m more curious about is how the skilled Trade market (Plumbers, welders, etc) are going to compete for workers since all the boomers are retiring. I can’t imagine being a tradie when developments like these are happening, like why bust your ass to dust for barley a middle class wage when coders can easily get a medium 50 dollar hour wage? there is no Tradie jobs in the bureau that has a medium salary of even 40 dollars an hour, how can these businesses even compete with such high paid jobs like this unless their working themselves to death with OT?
