He says that 120 hours of work per week by him is needed and that even taking 1 hour off for himself is "Not an option". What if his company started taking 170 hours a week to run? or 210? Does not being able to delegate even one hour of work not mean he needs to work on his management skills? Is Tesla doomed if just a little more work is required per week by one man?
