You're talking about microneedling with a dermaroller. It's decent shit, and can be helpful for balding, and stuff like acne scars.
The principle is that you're making microscopic wounds in the skin with the roller (no blood or anything unless you're doing it like a tard) that basically trigger a turbo healing response. You often see it paired with Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) treatments for hardcore results, but it's not necessary.

I'd sooner do all that shit, or just save up for FUE treatment, than take any of these tranny hormone pills like fin and mox.
