1. You can't fix people. At least not without sacrificing your life for them. You literally have to live with them, cook healthy for them, motivate them to do some push ups, etc. And they will still likely regress. It's only worth it with parents so they don't fall apart in old age.

2. Fixing losers is a fun hobby - makes you feel good and accomplished. It's also much easier than working yourself, so it's a cope out for many. Keep that in mind. (P.S. I am giving you advice because I don't want to go do productive shit)
