I understand that it sounds kind of crazy to people who go by dated information about nutrition and diets but I go by newer information specifically about keto and it really seems to be working.
Like I said, I'll get another full panel blood test done and see how it looks. And also have a cardiologist check out my heart. If everything is doing better on keto then I'm not stopping. If things have gotten worse then I'll consider eating like a rabbit.
