I've been working WFH since pandemic, pushed to get Fridays as WFH pre-pandemic (back then you'd have to get upper management to approve, lol). They were such hardasses about it, fuck all of them for how big a deal they made it.

But in November, accounting/HR (can't get a straight answer on this) made many non-exempt employees have to do basically clock-ins and clock-outs every day. I thought I was exempt, since I had a pre-filled timesheet before this change.. now I'm calculating on my phone and setting timers all day, sometimes having to clock out at 6:30 at night to get a full 8 hrs, which I have to submit each day otherwise I get chided by that same stupid boss from before.
