I'm seeing it more and more, in a AAVE topic someone saying they paid $100 to stake/unstake, in the REEF topic people say they aren't gonna stake because it costs a fuckload of eth to send to the unifarm uniswap thing, someone made a topic saying they ran out of eth to pay for gas, now they have to transfer more eth (and pay again to do so lol)...

This is real world usage, people want to move their tokens but aren't because of the way ETH works. Now how can ETH be mainstream, partner with VISA or whatever, if it's gonna cost dozens of dollars to make any transaction? Maybe it is outdated, or its use shouldn't be to pay gas for moving any token around, will the mainstream realize this one day and what would be the consequences?
